1. Program Description

Our coaching programs are designed to help foundation repair professionals grow their businesses. Participants can expect to receive weekly updates, insights, and strategies via email and SMS messages, aimed at enhancing their business operations and profitability.

2. No Guarantee of Success

While our programs are designed to provide you with the tools and strategies to improve your business, Wells University does not guarantee any specific results. The success of your business depends on various factors, including your efforts, market conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control. Therefore, we are not responsible for your business outcomes or financial success.

3. No Refunds

All purchases made for our coaching programs are non-refundable. By enrolling, you agree to pay the full price of the program and understand that refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

4. Claims and Liability

All claims regarding potential earnings and business growth are based on past results and are not guaranteed. Wells University disclaims any liability for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

5. SMS Messaging Service

Program Description: Upon opting in, users can expect to receive regular messages that include updates, tips, and exclusive offers related to our coaching programs.

Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
